| OK Captains! We have come up with a Society Production Plan that should provide our members with just about anything they might need!
For the start - we are asking members to volunteer to be on one of 4 teams - 2 Shipbuilding, 1 Shipwright Materials and 1 Provisioning. The Shipwright Materials and Provisioning teams will supply the two Shipbuilding teams with the resources they need to build ships - at a set price. This should ensure a consistent flow of income for those producing raw materials. The Shipbuilding teams will supply themselves and the society with affordable ships on a continuous basis.
To ensure profitabilility for all - the following standards will apply:
Each shipbuilding team will produce the same ship (of their choice) until all members within the team have received a deed to use as he sees fit. One ship deed from every batch will be given to the Society Bank (RN Vault) to sell at auction (the AH) at a base price determined by the team. Proceeds from the sale of this ship deed will be distributed first to Shipbuilding Team to reimburse cost plus 10%, the remaining profit will be split equally among all members contributing to the production of that batch of ships. The raw materials for these ships will be purchased (in quantities rounded to the nearest 5 or 10) from the Shipwright Materials and Provisioning Teams at Cost plus 10%. A List of these prices will be posted for your use.
Ships required by volunteers on the Shipwright Materials team will be sold to the team members at Cost plus 10%. The Shipbuilding team filling the order will split proceeds from these sales will reimburse the Shipbuilders Team for their cost plus 10%.
Ships required by the Provisioning team will be sold at Cost to those members since I had to remove them from the Shipbuilding Team and their actual cash outlay for setup costs and hauling time is quite large. The Shipbuilding team filling the orders from Provisioning team will split proceeds to reimburse cost.
Society members choosing NOT to participate in the society economy will be able to order ships from either Shipbuilding Team at Cost plus 25%. Proceeds from these sales will be split equally among the shipbuilding team filling the order. Remaining profit will be split equally among all members contributing to the batch production.
A team leader will be chosen for each of the Teams - this leader will oversee the production, coordinate raw materials runs and ensure delivery to the Shipbuilding Harbor for production. The Shipwright and Provisioning leaders will oversee production, coordinate needs and delivery schedules with the Shipbuilder Team Leaders and ensure that there are enough materials on hand to keep the shipbuilding teams producing.
The breakdown of each team is as follows:
Shipbuilding Teams 1 Black Adder - team leader
3 Forges – Rachel Lockhart, August James 2 Weaponsmiths - Rachel Lockhart 3 Lumbermills – Chuwy Skyforger, Darius Walker, Lorien Smith 2 Tar Distillery – Jack Skylighter 2 Textile Mill – Adria Hornblower 2 Med or Large Shipyard (as production demands) - Loco Guru, Black Adder
Shipbuilding Team 2
3 Forges 2 Weaponsmiths 3 Lumbermills 2 Tar Distillery 2 Textile Mill 2 Med or Large Shipyard (as production demands)
This results in 14 members participating on each team.
The Shipwright Materials Team will have - Vitro Moonlighter, team leader
4 Oak Logging Camp - Darius Walker, Vitro Moonlighter, Isa Paine 4 Iron Mine - Richard Blackenstock, August James 2 Limestone Quarry – Lorien Smith 2 Granite Quarry 1 Sulfur Mine – Medror Dyvarow 2 Fir Logging Camp- Jack Skylighter 1 Copper Mine 1 Teak Logging Camp 1 Ironwood Logging Camp 1 Gold Mine 1 Silver Mine 1 Zinc Mine 1 Tanner 1 Carpenter
This team has a total of 23 members.
The Provisioning Team will consist of - Loch Raven, team leader 4 Provisioners – Will Collister, Andy Eliblo, Wine production, Isa Paine, Loch Raven, Rax Defias
Provisioners must be able to produce the necessary components required for their craft. *wine excluded*
This team consists of 4 members.
Should you wish to volunteer for one of these positions, have the best price possible on your ships and a consistent income on your production lots, please post a reply indicating your Team Preference and Position.
I am aware that Vineyards and Wineries have not been accounted for here – We have 2 or 3 external accounts available (Rax, Isa, Loch) within the society that we are going to try to use as our Wine Producing Accounts. The Wine produced will follow the same Cost plus 10% standard as the Shipwright and Provisioning Teams.

| Excellent idea, I want to put myself forward for the provisioning team however I dont want to change what my production line is (I have different structures to what you listed in your post under provisioning). I can knock out about 4 provisions per day at 2860 dbs each (at 110% cost price) and shall begin stockpiling them immediately | |

| *loves Isa!* Excelent! finally some direction to our economy. THANK YOU ISA! I'll definitely join and be part of the shipbuilding team.
So to make it clear, each member will have one structure solely for the team he/she is part of?

| Think there should be 3 forges and 3 lumbermills per team. Have been making ships for a bit now and that takes the most of production time. We could cut 1 textile and 1 provisioner if we want to keep the same number of spots on the team or add 2 members to those teams!
Good Job Isa!
Smooches! | |

| I'd like to join in too. I'm not sure what i'd be better for though, I have a large majority of the structures to produce the ships themselves, I only lack the ability to do provisions, sails, and a few other small things. | |

| I'd love to help. All I have so far is the warehouse and am happy to fill in whenever. Just let me know what we are short of and I will run appropriate facilities (especially Rum factories and sugar cane fields | |

| aye, Its definitely worth getting someone in charge of storing any unrest supplies for later use and accept unrest donations, keeping them all in one place and then handing them out when we feel we need them. | |

| I think the unrest supplies are a good idea could do with coordinating with other societies too to have much of an effect I think the unrest supplies should be in a separate thread to be made easier to coordinate

| Ok Isa is the list updated to who we have makeing what buildings also can we have all teams talk to each other first saying what they need to there teams so they can make what the ship builder needs. I am learning to be good at this so please bear with me. if i have missed something let me know Is there a way to make a ingame channel so each team can talk in there team alone to see what is needed and work down a list of who gets ships first and what ships to make for prfoit and what ships to make for the ship builder/supplyer teams first befor none ship builder/supplyer. I was thinking of makeing an Exel spred sheet listing names of buldings like up on this forum to track who dose what so the builders know who to talk to to get witch things they need. I realy hope im not treding on anyones toes here and i hope i dont annoy anyone or anything im just tryin to work out what to do and a way to do it so i deal with the hard part and others just need to know what to make and where to deliver it so they can have fun and not have to worry about do i make stuff not or wait till im asked. as i fond in other games most ppl wait n wait then find out others have been waiting for something. anyway. Sorry Hope you all still love the Adder ------ 1st Lt. Black Adder Boldrick Ballbag | |

| I don't think its going to be a good idea for me to be on one of the teams .I really do want to help out and probably have enough production to help but I've not been spending much time playing lately due to real life issues and not sure how much I'll be on in the future so delivering the goods mite be a problem for me unless a society warehouse comes into play | |

| As far as the unrest materials go. I think they should be stored at the ports that we cannot stand to loose! IE St. Johns and what ever ports we deem vital to the society. That way when we see unrest going up we can port there and just turn in the supplies to help quell the uprising! | |

I'll give them to you, talk to me in-game. (But I don't think that getting the falcon worth the MoV's btw, its a good ship but the Strals does the work equally imo.)
