New flag and sail submitting

I have added a new flag and a new sail to the User content.

You have to be logged into the site (same handle and password as ingame).

You find the Login button in the upper right corner of the screen

But there are NO unicorns!! Just like there is NO Kraken!!
But I really liked the flags, specially the big one, amazing work.
