Real Name: Roo Kumar
In-Game Name: Perseus Hamilton
Age: 22
Gender: M
Previous MMO Experience: WOW, LOTRO, Tabula Rasa, Eve Online
Goals in the Game:
Where to start! First and foremost have a fun time, enjoy a light RP atmosphere. I think this game has great prospects in terms of fleets, battles and manoevers, and I want to get actively involved in helping make an organised Military wing of a society. I intend to develop my naval, gunnery and fencing skills, bringing my character to a the level where he can provide solid ship-of-the-line support.
Why the Royal Navy:
I chose to be a British Naval Officer for a reason - To serve King & Country! We all know how great it is to see that Union Jack flying proudly on our vessels. What better organisation could a loyal sailor devote himself to!
The Royal Navy seems to be a cohesive well organised community that I would love to be a part of and serve. Hamilton is a loyal man who will follow orders to the last.
Plus I will bring a free bag of limes so my men are scurvey free! :p
What You Have to Offer:
Im a friendly, light hearted approachable chap; available to be talked to for anything from help to escort to shipping. I will gladly sail across the caribean for a fellow Servant of the Crown!
I am keen to RP, but is not essential. I intend to heavily participate in the society I join as I think the community system and the way it combines trade, naval combat and piracy is awesome.
I look forward to providing a well rounded Captain to the ranks of the Navy!
Other Comments:
This game has totally blow me away. Its witout doubt the best, most honest, most original MMO I have ever played. It sucks me in - whereas when reading mission briefs in other MMos I would only see 'go to X, Kill/collect 30 of Y, return to Z', in POTB I actually get into the stories.
I write fanfic myself and will be working on some. I have previously composed guild histories.
If you are looking for a reliable sailor to add to the ranks of your Navy, who will be as happy in the wing of a task force as leading it, look no further!
